    20CrMnTi is a carburizing steel, which is usually a low-carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.17%-0.24%. It is

    often used in automobiles to manufacture transmission gears. It is a Cr Mn Ti steel in a medium hardenability

    carburizing steel. 20CrMnTi case-hardening steel. Good workability, small deformation, and good fatigue resistance.

    The main uses are: used for shafts, piston parts and various special parts of automobiles and aircrafts

     

    38crmoal is a high-grade nitrided steel with high wear resistance, high fatigue strength and high strength. It is mainly

    used for nitrided parts with precise dimensions after heat treatment, or various nitrided parts with little impact load

    and high wear resistance, such as boring bars, grinding machine spindles, automatic lathe spindles, worms, precision

    screw rods, precision gears, High-pressure valves, valve stems, gauges, templates, rollers, imitations, cylinder blocks,

    compressor piston rods, governors on steam turbines, rotating sleeves, fixed sleeves, various wear-resistant parts

    on rubber and plastic extruders, etc. 

     

    GCr15 refers to a high carbon chromium bearing steel with less alloy content. After quenching and low temperature

    tempering, it has high hardness, uniform structure, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance.

    Applications include ball screws for machine tools, nozzles for turbojet engine nozzles, plungers, valves, bushings, etc.

     

    65MnAfter heat treatment and cold drawing hardening, the strength is relatively high, and it has certain flexibility

    and plasticity; under the same surface state and complete hardening, the fatigue limit is equivalent to that of the

    multicolored alloy spring. However, the hardenability is very poor, and it is mainly used for smaller-sized springs,

    such as pressure-regulating and speed-regulating springs, force-measuring springs, circular and square coil springs

    in general machinery or drawn into steel wires as springs in small machinery.
