What are the requirements of capillary network for cold and heat sources?
When the capillary network is used for cooling (sensible heat treatment) in summer, the water supply temperature is generally controlled at 16c 18'c, and that of dongliping warm water supply is generally controlled at 3035c. The forms of cold and heat sources are flexible, such as central heating, gas furnace, heat pump unit, cooling tower, etc., which can be matched with the capillary network, and the system integration and optimization can be carried out according to the needs of customers.
How to repair the damaged capillary network?
Some customers are worried that the capillary tube network has dense roads and thin wall, which is prone to water leakage after installation. Here, I'd like to explain these problems.
1. Strong pressure resistance. Although the wall of the capillary network is thin, it has strong pressure resistance. Because the pressure resistance of the pipeline is inversely proportional to the square of the diameter, the pressure resistance of the capillary network is very high, which will not be damaged and will not leak.
2. Leakage is easy to find. Capillary network is installed in combination with decorative layer, once the leakage is easy to find and find the leakage point, because the flow is very small, the leakage will not occur large flooding accidents, causing heavy losses.
3. It can be repaired without professional workers and tools. The capillary net is made of PP-R raw material. If the capillary is found to be leaking, cut it from the leaking point and weld it with a lighter. Several hundred capillaries are connected in parallel. If one is removed, the effect will not be affected.
4. Strengthen the protection measures of finished products and try to avoid damage.
