TA18 (Ti-3AL-2.5V) is one of the alpha gold phase titanium alloys, and is also the most difficult to process in TA series. It is also called semi-TC4 in the industry.

Dimensions and specifications: external diameter 0.2-8mm, wall thickness T0.015-0.5mm.
Maximum accuracy: external diameter_ (+0.003mm), wall thickness T (+0.005mm), length L (+0.03mm).
Appearance: Under the microscope, the inner and outer surfaces of the tubes show uniform metallic luster, no oxidation, hydrogenation, discoloration, scratches, deformation, burrs, etc.
