    Detailed Product Description

DIN EN 10210-1 Hot finished Heavy Wall Steel Tubing of non-alloy and fine grain steels

    DIN EN 10210-1
Hot finished structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine grain steels
    Part 1:  Technical delivery conditions
Part 2:  Tolerances, dimensions and sectional properties

    Cold forming:

Process is done at ambient temperature

    Structrual hollow section manufacturing process:
Structural hollow sections are manufactured by seamless or by welding.
Welded sections manufactured by contiuous process.
Electric welded hollow sections are supplied without trimming the internal weld bead.

    Delivery conditon:
    Qualities  JR, J0, J2 and K2 - Hot finished
Qualities  N and NL - normalized.  (normalized rolled)
    - for accelerated cooling    +DC
    - for quenching and tempering    +QT

    Surface conditon:
The hollow sections have a smooth surface corresponding to the manufacturing method used; bumps, cavities or shallow longitudinal grooves resulting from the manufacturing process are permissible, provided the thickness is within tolerance.

    End:  Square cut
